Our infrastructure is built to support high-quality casting and precision machining operations with maximum efficiency. Spread across a well-planned facility, it enables smooth workflow, better material handling, and seamless coordination between foundry and machining processes, ensuring consistent quality, faster production, and reliable delivery for diverse industrial requirements.
Extensive Land Area
Our facility covers a vast area of 1,25,000 sq.ft, providing sufficient space for organized production flow, raw material storage, and future expansion. This large setup helps us maintain efficiency, scalability, and smooth operational movement across all departments.
Dedicated Foundry Setup
With 60,000 sq.ft dedicated to foundry operations, we ensure efficient casting using advanced Green Sand processes. The spacious layout supports high-volume production, better process control, and consistent quality across every casting batch.
Modern Machine Shop
Our 11,000 sq.ft machine shop is equipped with advanced CNC and VMC machines, enabling precise machining and finishing. This integrated setup ensures accurate dimensions, improved productivity, and seamless transition from casting to final product.
Garden area and other
Our Garden area is 34000 sq. ft. And other shortblasting, Fettling, and Finish godown area is 1500 sp.ft. And also our corporate office area 5000 sq.ft .
